Very rustic tour. Reminds me of the times here 20 years ago. Pick up with an Song Thaew, further on with a long tail boat to Ko Taen for snorkeling. After that we were going to the amazing beaches of Ko Madsun. From here going back into the sunset. Finally they serve a real good thai dinner on the beach.…

It was a great tour with an exceptional guide to two beautiful islands. The snorkeling was calm and colorful; the meal luscious and plentiful. It was billed as a "half day", by lasted about 5 hours, shore to shore. Highly recommended!!!

We booked a day trip with Tours Koh Samui aboard the Blue Dragon and it was everything we had expected. Ron and his team were AMAZING!!! He is an excellent host and took care of every single one of our needs. Ron is also very entertaining which made the whole trip even better. We had hired the private charter to Koh Taen because of the departure time - 9.15am as opposed to other tours which departed at 6:40am!!! Plus, my two young boys haven't snorkeled before and I didn't know how they would fare. A private charter ensured we could control what we were doing if things didn't go as planned. It takes about an hour to get to the jetty where the Blue Dragon is docked. Once aboard, Ron explained the activities planned for the day and gave us a rundown of where everything was on board. The toilets are clean, and the boat is immaculate. It is set up so well with bean bags everywhere. We had 2 young children with us and traveled with another family with 2 young children as well. The kids were just so comfortable on the Blue Dragon. There was plenty of space for them to move around and the parents just enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL views and wind in our face. Soft drinks and bottled water were provided to us. Fruits after our first snorkeling expedition. Lunch was spectacular!!!! My little boy has a peanut allergy and that was not a problem at all. They ensured the food was peanut free. Ron led us around for the snorkeling which was great. We weren't just left to wonder off on our own. He took us to some pretty awesome sites - especially the 2nd site were we saw plenty of different kids of fish. After snorkeling, we were able to use the outdoor shower to rinse off the salty sea water. Just perfect! At one point when the boat docked, the kids were able to jump off the boat. They went ballistic doing that. They also swam in the inflatable pool set up by Ron and basically ran themselves ragged! The jacuzzi on the boat was also a hit as was the sun tanning deck at the top. Our trip ended with ice creams, more fruits and lollipops for the children. Couldn't have asked for more! Ron recommended that we change the day of our charter due to wind / visibility conditions. I took his advice and was glad I did. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! Worth every penny!…
