Amazing experience for anyone looking for an escape
Nov 2019
My wife and I are 5 star types and needed a secluded place to escape where we could celebrate our our 10th wedding anniversary in total privacy with pampering when we needed it. I’d never heard of Six Senses, but my wife had, and boy did they provide all that and more. We ‘rented’ a sea view villa with pool and enjoyed total privacy. The staff were amazing, lots of smiles and can do anything attitudes. So refreshing. We particularly liked our pool and the semi-outdoor shower. They assign an ‘ambassador’ to each villa who is your go-to for everything. From ordering ice which was at the front door seconds after putting the phone down to booking restaurants, we even had a complimentary bottle of bubbly and a cake for our celebration night. There was so much green around and the location was surrounded by water with a very nice private beach with all the usual toys. If you want exclusivity and an escape that has all the 5 star features at your fingertips this is the place to be. We are now fans of the Six Senses brand. Did I mention the food .... You gotta try this place at least once. Oh, and I almost forgot, not a plastic bottle or bag, or even a straw in sight ! Kudos guys!!

Famous 4 hands therapy
Dec 2017 • Friends
My first time trying a massage with4 hands and it was wonderful! The two therapists are on synchronized movement to enrich your therapy! The sala room had a superb view and since I went at sunset time (5-7pm), I can feel the sun going down as well as listening to the smoothing sounds of sea waves! Although it was relatively costly, the money is well worth om this experience. My only complain is that i had too little time in the sauna and steam to fully relax my skins.

Very poor services!
Jan 2017 • Friends
We tried to do 90 mins massage calling at 6pm to book at 8pm. They denied saying we could do only one hour.
I asked what time they close, she said at 10pm so they could do it along to get more money to increase the hotel's revenue.

Staff never offered to see the SPA shop, we went by ourselves to the shop and found expired products in the shelfs. I supposed buy much more but after that I didn't want to her more products, only 4 items.

Massage is good, just to fast and not focusing on the points I wrote in the form.

After the massage, my friend wanted the pencil to hold her hair and she asked for it but the therapist said NO, you can not take it.

This bring us a very negative feeling as we don't expect an employee will say no to his clients. And which hotel denied a pen or pencil to the guests? This is the first one I have seen in my entire life.

I believe they need a good management as the place is stunning and luxurious but the staff is not at the same level.
