This is not a proper beach but a fistful of imported sand laid below a gigantic hotel complex. Dani, the guy was looking up for the beach transat, came to us, unmasked during Covid, and asked us to removed our small beach tent. We left because there is nothing to see or enjoy on the pseudo beach anyway. On the way out, we saw other similar beach tents. This guy was trying disgraceful ly to make some money from his transats and/or have discrimination issue. Either way it is shameful.…

There are few people around at present with locals being the majority of beach goers. All the facilities are open as are the water sports and hires.

One of the best beaches on the island, it was developed with sand imported from the caribbean as part of the Anfi del Mar resort. It is a great place to spend time - made even better with less-crowded, socially distanced sunbeds when we visited.
