Georgioupolis Taxi is fantastic. Markos is always extremely reliable and friendly with very reasonable prices. He speaks and writes perfect English so there are no communication problems. I found this very reassuring especially when using the taxi service for the first time. At airports he is always waiting for us when we land. At the agreed time and place. Same goes for any other trips we may need. In fact nothing is too much trouble for Marcus. He even took us to supermarket and waited ( at NO extra cost) while we did our first shop. Superb! How often does that happen?! To sum it up ..... Markos was recommended by a friend in 2019 . I travelled with my granddaughter aged 8 and usually, as a couple, we hire a car but I won’t drive overseas. I did not hesitate to contact him again for our recent trip. Once again he was totally reliable . He is English speaking too. We are group 5 women friends came from Israel to Crete 5 days .Marko and his taxi service are excellent. Marko was our driver and he always comes on time ,answers quickly to our emails . At the last day he helped us sent big taxi to the airport 5 minutes from the time we called him because the transfer driver we booked from ISrael didn't come to pick us to the airport . Markos drove us from Rethymno Old Town to Chania airport. He was on time, good value for money and provided an excellent service. He was absolutely hilarious and very well informed on local and national history, culture and politics, but also gave us plenty of time to chat away between ourselves when we wanted to.
