Visit this farm! There's only a tiny wooden chalet , but fresh milk is on tap plus hambleton bread , eggs, meat, and the most delicious ice cream. On top of that are the cows in the field , picnic tables and an honesty box - in Nottinghamshire !!

Just a few minutes off the B6386. Well signposted.
A little chalet with car parking and small outside area with seating. Animals to see in the adjacent fields.
The shop uses an honesty box system for the cakes, ice cream and eggs etc. The milk machine is coin operated and there are 1 & 2 litre cartons available.
The milk is lovely and creamy and it’s tempting to drink it before you get home!!
The real ice cream is also excellent with small and large tubs available. Lovely in the summer to sit outside watching the countryside with a tub of ice cream.
A recent new addition to the place is a coffee machine.
Great for a break from the road and a relaxing half hour.

Stopped on the way home from visiting Southwell Minster and the kids loved the little hut; chose their eggs, got some fresh milk and had a photo with the cows.

Nowadays, it's not often that you can actually see the cows that produce the milk. I don't know whether that really makes it taste better, but it certainly seems as if it does.
I've been calling in here since it opened at the end of last year, and there's more on offer every time. First it was eggs, then ice-cream, bread and cakes and now meat. All of it produced either on the farm or locally. If you're in the area, it's certainly worth a visit.

Once again The Real Milk Company came up with the goods
The produce they sell is exceptional,we bought two lamb joints and we had them for dinner yesterday and they were beautiful and tender. Great service

This place is amazing it has THE best ice cream ever. A wide variety of fruit and vegetables and a very popular milk machine which u use to pour your own organic milk intro cartons. The honesty box is a much respected park of the milk shed. My advice would be to take lots of change, however, there is a change pot.

Better than a coffee shop as there is fresh milk and all the other goodies other reviews mention. Picnic tables in a fenced area near the cows. Came across it by chance after watching the tour of England flash past 2018 walking from our nearby campsite. We are calling for milk again this year, makes the best creamiest porridge ever!!
