When we went the large trout were not on display because an otter had moved in and started eating them. We went fishing in the pond and in an hour only one fish was caught by someone. Not sure if the otter was moving in on the pond also. The inside display is interesting with

Great place for all of the family members (young & old)! We found reasonably interesting on how the hatchery is setup. Sad to see that they are having issues with "river otters", chewing off the top fins on the fish!

Have been here a few times and am always in wonder of the amazing care and technology these determined people do to ensure our future fisheries. Was especially impressed with the Sturgeon program they had. We have since moved into this area and still go back time after time!

We saw a sign for a tourist attraction to a trout hatchery. So we took a quick detour to it. We couldn't find anyone there but walked around reading some interesting stuff about what goes on there. Out front we fed the trout from a little 25 cent fish food vending machine. The
