Park may be attractive in a beautiful setting, but it is too long a drive to get there (10 miles on mostly gravel road). Thought the campsites were a little tight to get into, especially for a longer rig. No complaints, jut not one we'd...More

Unfortunately the forest fires brought in too much smoke so we were only able to see a short distance. The trails around the lake are well maintained & we enjoyed the walk. The campsites look amazing - we only went for a couple of hours...More

Beautiful lake, friendly Park Attedants, and nice sites. You are in bear country so remember to put your food and cooking items away.

This was our first time to the lake and what a hidden gem. The road in is a bit sketchy when it turns to gravel but it's not that far. The campground sites are a little closer together in spots but not that bad. The...More

On the way from Fairmont to Cranbrook. Follow the posted signs from the highway. It is a bit of a drive in, but well worth it. The large lake looked almost emerald green from above. Lovely areas to have a picnic but bring insect repellent....More

Although it's only about 15 km's from the highway, this wonderful Park has the true feel of remote mountain camping. The lake is pristine - the Province uses it as a fish trap for harvesting eggs for their restocking program. For the boaters, there's a...More

What an amazing place! It's easy to find with a good amount of parking spots (not sure what it would be like during the summer). It's a great place to visit in all seasons and weather condition. We went while the lake was still mostly...More

This is a great place to visit, camp, fish and generally just sit in awe at nature's finest. The but is the track that leads to the park from the main road. Now, I have visited LOTS of rv sites in Canada, but this one...More

There isn't ANY beach unfortutely, but theres a boardwalk with ladders for swimming access and a ramp for boating/kayak etc access. some great hikes around there too. There are picnic benches too.
