Was here as part of a wine tour for a birthday party and was severally disappointed. The tasting hostess was unpleasant, unprofessionally and unwelcoming. She was rude upon welcome, rushed through the tasting, didn’t care to explain any of the wines or have any conversation. It was our last stop of the day and it left a bad impression on the winery and our day. For sure will not be rushing back to anytime soon.

Like most winery’s in the interior, Arrowleaf boasts an impressive view of Lake Okanagan. There is a very nice picnic area set up to enjoy a bottle of wine. Covid protocols were in place. We arrived without a tasting reservation and had to wait ~15 minutes. Too bad the patio wasn’t in service as you have a spectacular view of the lake. Enjoyed the tasting and the information provided not only on the wines produced but the vineyard as well. Excellent wines; purchased a case with various selections we were so impressed.

The view was great, the wine was good. But the charcuterie was a major disappointment. We ordered a charcuterie lunch box for about 35 bucks with meat and cheese and as far as the meat goes, we’re given two different kinds of pepperoni. I thought deli meats would be part of the provision. The pepperoni look like it was from the local SAVEON FOODS grocery store.

It is a beautiful setting. They have a nice picnic area overlooking the lake. Beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the first reservation of the day and covid protocols were very well adhered to. The young man taking care of us during our tasting was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pinot gris and merlot were our favorites and they were reasonable priced.

ArrowLeaf April, 2024
Note: $6 per tasting (not waived with purchase of wine)
A few clouds in the skies when we decided to stop in at ArrowLeaf for a tasting today. They definitely have friendly staff. We had a very enjoyable tasting. This place gets better by the season.
We tasted:
Wild bloom (very floral)
Pinot Gris
Bacchus
Pinot Noir (dark, rich)
Pinot Noir reserve
Overall, friendly staff, fantastic view, and really good wine. We will return.

This trip, we visited 4 wineries in the north Okanagan. Overall, Arrowleaf was our top choice. Wines that were tasted were from good to great. Winery grounds and structure was very pleasing. Service was wonderful. Employees were friendly. Please keep up the good work.
Their COVID-19 safety and precaution protocols were good. They made us feel safe and comfortable.
We will visit again for sure the next time we stop by the area.

Went to Arrowleaf for an early season wine tasting recently. It’s neat to see the Vineyard in it’s very early season stages. There was even snow on the surrounding Hills. I’ll post some pictures.
Enjoyed some good wine. The gentleman who was pouring the wine mentioned that arrowleaf will probably not attempt ice wine in the future. A few years back, we had purchased some bottles of their late harvest Vidal. That was an attempt at ice wine, but the temperature did not maintain -8°C or cooler during the picking process. It seems climate change is not cooperating with their ice wine plans. Regardless, their other wines are very good. If you’re visiting the Okanagan Valley, and want to do some winetasting, make sure arrowleaf is on your list.

We enjoyed a lovely tasting flight. Learned about the grapes and the winery and the surrounding area. If you have the time, purchase some cheese and crackers to go with the yummy wine and follow the winding road down to the beach. A beautiful way to spend an afternoon.

I went to arrowleaf today. First off I would like to say the wine was great! The customer service was very poor. My group showed up half hour before our reservation, in this time we looked around and checked out the wine. It was our time for our tasting and we tasted some of the wines. We then wanted to try the one bubbly and the employee said of course. He after told us they were too busy and we could not try it. We then asked to try another wine, and he again said there was no time. This was very poor and unprofessional service. Our group bought a case of wine and spent 400.00. We visited many other wineries today that were absolutely wonderful and the customer service was amazing. I would not recommend this winery.

My brother and sister-in-law are locals and they brought us here as they are a big fan of their wines. We purchased a charcuterie box and a bottle of field red and enjoyed the beautiful weather outside in the picnic area. The bonus for us was that the picnic area was pet friendly so our dog was able to join us. We had a lovely time and left with a few bottles to take home.

I don't get it. Arrowleaf Cellars was voted as Canada's No. 2 Winery of The Year (behind Mission Hills) and Quentin S comes along, ten years after his firs tasting, only to knock the winery because of a $5.00 tasting fee - a fee waived should a guest make a purchase. Cheap Shots are easy to give out. Perhaps, Quintin, had you taken the time to actually taste the wine instead of complaining about the tasting fee, you'd come away with a much better taste in your mouth. Let me ask you something. How the hell did Arrowleaf build that nice new winery and tasting room? With complaints like yours or with compliments from people purchasing their wines. Ya gotta give your head a serious shake Buddy.

I know the answer. The question was rhetorical.

Yes, pets are allowed on leash in the picnic area but not on the patio. Bring your furry little friend!

Hi , i had the charcuteríe board at your location and loved it ! What was the selection of cured meat and cheeses did you use ?
Written November 15, 2015
We were provided with a "cheat sheet" of meats and cheeses when we ordered each of the charcuterie plates this past summer. I second the recommendation to contact the winery for more information.
