from the parking lot it' s about 20-25 min walk up the hill. Maybe more if you are not fit:-( Once on top, you get 360 degrees views of downtown Victoria, Sooke, West-shore, Bear Mt.............I am surprise no more people are there.

Went there with my dog for a walk and ended up hiking to the top of the trail which once there you get a great view of greater Victoria area.

The hike is steep on a good gravel trail. I have huffed myself up there plenty. It only takes approximately fifteen minutes to the summit. There are always people on the trail and some with happy dogs.
