Have always visited this mountain on yearly ski trips. The slopes are great especially for beginners and then there is definitely great slopes for the advanced. My only advice is to arrive early if you want to get parked! A few years back it was all chair lift based and it seems it was not as popular back then...now its been revamped and the pods are great ( quicker access to the slopes)

I visited this ski area on a course with work and I'm glad it is, theres some really nice well kept runs.

Skiing at the Ifen was always nice but it has become better! The restauarnt on top however may better get a better organised staff. long wait and just ok food. Ski resort Ifen is still very nice!

We stumbled upon the lift by accident. We had no idea what to expect. We got tickets for the gondola and headed to the top to hike around for a few hours. The views are amazing. The hut at the top looks brand new. There are tons of groomed trails and lots of snow. We are so glad we found this place and will be back to ski with our kids.

Went here as a day trip from Germany and it is a decent resort. The new cable car is great and the runs from the top have good variety.
Restaurant at top station and also a bar near the middle station was a welcome break. Good atmosphere at the bottom with music and bar. Some of the runs can be a bit trecherous as the weather closed in for a large chunk of the morning so make sure you know your route

The Ifen is a very interestingly formed mountain and there are very popular winter trails reserved for walking. You get a marvelous view and there are restaurants on the mid and the top station. If this is not the only peak to visit at one day consider buying a day ticket which can be cheaper for multiple cable car trips and you do not need to visit a cashier at every location.
