I have visited this garden, which is full of various strains of Lavender plants. It is exquisite when the rows of LAVENDER plants are in full bloom. The garden is renowned world wide, and many people visit from many countries. There is a small gift shop. This garden is not recommended for people who have difficulty walking.

From memory it was slightly to the north of the town on a side road. Once there there is a small car park on site and a slightly bigger one on the road which is probably easier to use as it is only a short walk down to the start. This is free of charge and one can wander in and out enjoying the plants as well as the view. There is a greenhouse full of plants for sale and there are a few herb-related items on sale in the shop. Maps show the general layout of the beds and each line of herbs is identified at one end. We spent getting on for an hour there until it closed for lunch but we could have probably stayed a little longer.
