Located close to lifts with friendly efficient service. Good value for money. There were 34 of us and they coped magnificently.

Excellent service the staff are so helpful and friendly. They have a great system and would remember our names each day. They helped my son who had trouble getting his boots on and feeling comfortable. Nothing is too much for these guys I would definitely recommend.

We brought back our rental skis a few minutes too late and they charged us for a full extra day (102 euro's), They had the full opportunity to rent the skis for the rest of the day. worthless service, there is a much better skistore in town, we would recommend to use this one.

Hello George, Took us a while to understand your case as you actually returned your skis the day after your last. This is the reason why you got charged for one more day of skiing. As expressed by all our staff and the responsible, the rules are clear and they are so for a reason. Everybody explained it to you and your wife multiple times and this was explained to you also on your arrival day. In that day you actually got to have the skis before time, lunch time the day before your actual booking. You even got given the chance to store your skis for one night for free to help you out since you had to move to an hotel on the mountains the day after (which is when you got reminded to return your skis on time). The day of your return you insulted our colleague at the counter and threatened to write a bad review if the rules would not have been bended at your pleasure. The rules are there, as I explained you, because we always service the skis at their return so that every customer founds them in best conditions. So we do with the boots by drying them for 4 hours and spraying them with cleaning products. How do you expect us to do that when you show up half way during the morning the day after your last day of renting? You actually also broke a pole and a buckle of a ski boot (for which you did not get charged). You ended up paying 102 euros of which: 5€ for broken pole (you did not have insurance) 20€ for the first day as one of you decided to go skiing in advance. You were charged less than 20 euros per person. I would really suggest you to stop trying to force the rules by threatening people, it does not work. Next time listen to the rules and follow them as everybody else and don't insult ladies trying to scare them, it's really not a good behaviour.

If there were an absolutely perfect set up for ski and boots rental then these guys have it .... exceptional organisation, incredible really, every time on arrival and return each day. Friendly, fast, efficient! Simply fantastic!! Really well done all working there
