The Oxenden monument is splendid with its big black oxheads at the base of the obelisk. Also worth a look is the Palmer memorial. Sadly they are both in glory holes!

Recently went to a large wedding here, the building and grounds were beautiful, the vicar made the service quite entertaining, we always drive by here on our way to canterbury but never really looked at the building until now, wonderful church for any occasion.

A lovely church to visit. Reflects the close community of Wingham. Good to see the doors open for everyone with no fear of vandalism.
