A highly recommended place to come have fun. Its a short walk, but narrow and bendy. Its also very steep. Wear the helmet as its so narrow and short, bound to hit your head. Old folks beware. Fun fr the kids too.

Just go to the wind cave and miss this, unless you like crawling under rocks and getting muddy. It's a cave with ice.

As they are so near to each other 5mins by car), we decide to drive into the ice cave first. When visit the wind cave, we discover it is easier and safer to move in the wind cave. And there is ice too! Save your...More

It is a great cave with interesting background. A good walk in to spend some time. We liked it better than the wind cave but you can buy a joint ticket for both. Worth a visit in the area of Mt Fuji.

It's cool to see the cave but... honestly it takes maybe 5 mins in and out of his cave, and the ice inside was all man-made. I was expecting more ...

The ice cave itself is nothing but a disappointment. Expensive for an incredibly short trip. I went during late November, and was expecting to see what the pictures displayed, ice illuminated by a blue light reaching from the floor to the roof. Instead it was...More

This was a stop on a tour to Mt. Fuji. We walked inside the cave for about 15 minutes. The guided tour was in Japanese. It probably would have been better if I spoke Japanese.

We thought we'd go check out the ice cave after having it mentioned by our host. It wasn't to bad, just really short. By far the best part was witnessing one fella trip down the steps.

Bring a jacket or windbreaker because it gets cold in the cave. Its short but interesting to learn about. You can buy a cheaper pass that includes both the ice cave and the wind cave.

We visited the Narusawa Ice Cave in the middle o a hot afternoon, and had to put on extra clothing and change our shoes before our descent (thankfully!). You need to wear helmets to enter the cave, with good reason! The entrance to the cave...More

最好下雪冬季去畢竟是看冰,外面有安全帽雨鞋可以使用,雖然會滑但是裡面不大小小一點慢慢來還是可以的,裡面有些地方要蹲著走,如果身上有傷或者行動不方便建議不要進去。

I think holding a baby is not good in the cave cause when I was in the cave it was slippery in the middle.
