Beautiful park, with multiple varieties of flowers. Particularly gorgeous when lavender is in bloom (they were in July). Perfect for taking pictures of Mt. Fuji with the lake in the foreground.

The park is beautiful and you can spend an hour or 2 there. There are also some stalls in the carpark but don't go too late as they might be closed. It is nice for a evening walk and you can have some food there too. There is also a souvenir shop there. Soft-serve and coffee is available for sale... More

Stopped for coffee and ice-cream... A nice place to chill out... walk along paths flanked by beautiful flowers... nice smell from the lavender... We manage to catch a short glimpse of Fuji-San

Small park overlooking Lake and a view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. Not much activities except for a restaurant nearby.

this place offers you a nice view of mount fuji. a bit difficult to find becuase of the japanese names used and the gps system. was insanely packed with tourist when i was there, so its a bit difficult to get a nice picture without photo bombs.

This was never in our itineary. However before going to Chuerito Pagoda we checked with our Hotel reception and he said that Oishi Park will give us a good view of Mount Fuji. When we reached this place, we couldnt thank the reception guy enough. You get a good view form this place, and thats the reason you will see... More

It was Lavender blooming season when we were there. I even still can sense the smell of the flower although we have left Oishii park. It was a very romantic view of Mount Fuji with all the Lavender

We went to Oishi Park hoping to get the best view of Mount Fuji. I don't know if it's really is the best viewing point but it sure feels like it. We were short of time visiting Lake Kawaguchi area and ended up spending all our few hours there but it was worth it. All you need is a good... More

Went to this park by retro bus. It is a nice park with georgeous view of Mt Fuji across Lake Kawaguchiko. I find it difficult to get good photos near noon as the sun comes directly from Mt Fuji. But still, I enjoyed my time here.
