Nov 2019
This is a beautiful place for viewing fall colors. We went in November 2019 and the colors were perfect, with green, yellow, red orange maples lining the corridor. Plenty of people viewing but orderly and not chaotic. There are some food stalls in the area and the sight of leaves falling like colored rain was amazing. A bus can be taken from Kawaguchiko station to the area and in the surrounding area, there are many restaurants, cafes and craft vendors on the street. Very festive.
