This is an updated tour for 2020 and even since we booked they have revamped the website to make booking easier. I emailed them to organise for an English speaking tour and Sylvan was very responsive and helpful, while Thomas did a brilliant job on the day. It's a really interesting tour, full of information about the process and the advertising over the years and concludes with making two delicious cocktails. There is a small and well-stocked shop too. Free parking is available. We were the only two on our tour on the day. Highly recommended.

We were lucky to be visiting the Cointreau Factory on its 170th anniversary when everyone was let in free. We met a lovely lady called Corinne who greeted everyone. During the tour there were plenty of staff available to ask questions, otherwise just browse around and enjoy the tour, most of the explanations are in English. We thoroughly enjoyed it and afterwards we got a free cocktail which was gorgeous. We bought some souvenirs in the shop before leaving. Thanks again Corinne for your help.

Great tour - well organised and the tour leaders take their roles seriously. It is a bit of a marketing exercise but who can blame them when maketing has been done so well. Good information about the process, the Cointreau family and how the product has developed. They provided a cocktail at the end and some instructions on how to make a couple of cocktails. It was a nice break from castles and art exhibits. We took the Line 6 bus and that was also a bit of fun. Definitely recommend it.

Was really looking forward to this tour but was so disappointed when we discovered the tour was not bi-lingual. Was given an iPad but found it very difficult to follow the story. The guide was very good and talked at length with great enthusiasm but we just stood and found the experience lengthy and boring.
