As I drove through the other day, they were closed so I called few days later to check if they were still operating & if so their days open etc.
Woman who answered was curt & when I simply repeated to confirm that they were open daily (just wanted to make sure) she was abrupt & then said “yes” and hung up on me. I did have one other question but I really don't think I’ll bother now if thats the service I get over the phone. It was one simple question- wow she was really rude. Certainly was not the same woman that used to work there. Id recognise her voice and she was always polite! Have been away for few years & just checking if the club was still open!

Easy break here as police in Lumphini gave me a touchy touch - ful shakedown. Police (goon squad) attempts/ask/extort from you here as well. Too touristy place this.

Pattaya, a leisure and nightlife, tourists often want to one day find a quiet and nice place
Bang Saray Beach may be the ideal place not far from Jontiem and easy to go Sukumvit Road, there are restaurants and a nice beach

We went to a beach thats controlled by the navy. Fantastic and quiet beach. You have to pay 100 bath if you are not Thai, but its worth it.

Great way to get away from the city and spend time with friends on the beach and not to be bothered by anyone. Great seafood restaurants and very affordable

Have been to Bang Saray on many occasions that was until the authorities decided to bulldoze the road along side the beach.
This used to be a brilliant road in to Bang Saray with street vendors selling good Thai food and putting mats and tables on the sand for you, all this is long gone.
My advice is to give this a wide birth for the next two years to see what develops there, i feel realy sorry as this was a realy good day out.

If you are going to visit this beach avoid Friday to Sunday as it will be packed with both local and Bangkok Thais. There is limited parking available. Plenty of restaurants available including some very good seafood ones (better on Thurs -Friday as fresh for the weekend invasion)

Quite clean beach with local flavors. Bring your own towels, sub mats and umbrellas. Water not much cleaner than Pattaya, but beach much more inviting.
