YES ,I just came back from Kartik Swamy in August which was raining session . I stayed at Monal Resort is about 1hr 30 mins = 40 kms. I didn't complete the Char Dham bcos of lots of landslide during August . Best time to go is Mid September. I am sad that I could not reach out the committee members as they speaks only Hindi. This is like my early trip and they have done a lot of major upgrading to the steps an surrounding area . It is more spacious and beautiful . Thumbs up to those who help to beautify this area . They are doing more resting places. Hope they will light up the top of the temple. I wish to donate another Long Spear Vel to them but do not know how to do it . Hope it can be seen from the footsteps .
