This church is one of the oldest and famous churches in India. Very beautiful but not well maintained. Centrally located and easily accessible from any location in Allahabad.

Great British archaeological building. Not maintained well from outside. Must visit place while visiting Allahabad. But it opens only on Sunday's.

Unfortunately it was closed for Christmas decoration when we visited, but we managed to peer through a broken window to catch a sight of the breathtaking cathedral. The garden staff were friendly and helpful.

No weddings have been solemnized here in the recent past as this is a heritage building. But the Bishop of Allahabad,(office is in main civil lines,close to this Cathedral)has the discretion to give permission.
