Unfortunately it was closed for Christmas decoration when we visited, but we managed to peer through a broken window to catch a sight of the breathtaking cathedral. The garden staff were friendly and helpful.

All Saints Cathedral in Allahabad was built in the late 19th century and today stands remarkably as colonial structure. The Gothic style of architecture of the All... More

Situated on the M G Road this beautiful architecture wonder church is very famous in Allahabad. Very nicely maintained. IT looks more beautiful in the evening with the flood lights.

This has typical Anglican architecture. It looks impressive in its evening lighting. Certainly worth seeing once.

When you enter the churchyard, it feels like you have travelled from India to Great Britain. The cathedral looks very British but is unfortunately closed most of the time, as it belongs to a congregation situated in Lucknow, not Allahabad.
