The cave is beautifully carved with various characters and the work is so intricate and clean that one cannot believe that this is nearly 14 centuries old. A must visit.

One more carved cave from the rock in the Mahabalipuram region. This is small as compared to other monuments but it is nicely carved from inside while difficult to miss due to the awesome pillars seen from outside.
