Thank you very much, we are glad you enjoyed the time spend in our gardens!

These gardens are a real treat for flower lovers. The gardens were designed by the landscape designers J Gerard and A. de Saint Venant with the brief of designing something unusual, exuberant and extremely flowery - and they have certainly done that.

Even though we visited the gardens quite late in the season and in a very dry spell, one would still expect the basic maintenance to be done. The signs and numbered markings have not been maintained and the garden is not as neat as expected....More

Amazing garden. Really different after the more formal French gardens, and relaxing to wander around. The art was extra special to see against the garden landscape. It would be great to see at any time of year.

A truely lovely setting beatuful gardens, extensive and carefully and imaginatively planted. If the art isn't to your tastes, the gardens will be. The food, though limited, is very good.

I am a trained horticulturist and so admired the thought, care and design in the beautifully manicured, and well-tended gardens. These are spectacular and showcase an amazing diversity of roses, peonies, hollyhocks delphiniums...it...More

We visited this remarkable site in September - so many of the flowers were beginning to fade. However this didn't detract at all from the experience - in fact it probably enhanced it in many ways, as the current art exhibition throughout the grounds and...More
