Vasota fort trek comes under Koyna forest department hence it's entry is completely controlled by them. This trek is closed during rainy season as it's a reserved tiger sanctuary & opens up only after Diwali & continues till May end. Unfortunately No tigers now but...More

Though we saw some kids doing the trek, I think majority were around 7+ yrs of age. I think they were in groups & were enjoying on the way up. But am doubtful for 5+ as it's 90 minutes up way & he needs enough energy to... More
