although we didnt do the tour, found the shops boring and like some of the nick nack shops you get in garden centres and the like. the cafe was so quiet and not alot on offer although alot of staff working.More

Mediocre tour of the factory. Essentially only worth going if you want to shop for glass. Sparse offerings. Huge shop which is majority of the attraction
