Great little park...
Sep 2019 • Family
Perfect for an afternoon with 12 and 9 year old, esp as it's so easy to do everything. Parking close by, short queues, good range of rides for all ages. It's not plastic or naff either. Only gripe/moan is the music, same interminable tune playing everywhere all the time. Feel sorry for the staff, it must drive them crazy.

Fun family day out
Sep 2019 • Family
This is a small theme park, it is no Disneyland Paris. However we all had fun, queues not too long. We visited with a 19 & 12 year old. Best rides for us were Eretec & Kascade. Prepare to get wet on Kascade, we soon dried off in heat though. Photo is of Eretec.

Great Fun!!!
Aug 2019
What an amazing little park!! Great for all ages with infant rides up to the bigger thrill seeker rides - not quite Disneyland but a brilliant day out nonetheless. Queues were no more than about 20mins and this is in the height of the summer holidays!!! We spent around 5 hours here - we took our own picnic and there are plenty of places to sit and eat - looking at the menus the food to buy wouldn't have been that expensive really. Car park was well organised and secure. Only draw back was no lockers to put your bags in like some u k theme parks have so you have to lug them on each ride.

Great day out for all ages
Aug 2019
We went to Festyland in the early afternoon one Sunday. The car park seemed busy but not too overloaded. Our group was two 11 year olds and two 13 year olds plus a couple of adventurous adults. I had some pre-conceptions that it may not satisfy everybody.

We had pre-booked tickets which skipped the snaking queues. Then it was into the sweet shop for some usual treats at not-over-blown prices. The initial set of rides are focussed at the younger market (0-8ish) then you have rides for the pre-teen market followed by something for everyone else.

The queues for most rides were minimal throughout the whole day and, although the park felt busy, nothing felt over-crowded or squashed. We needed water - no problem, no queue. We avoided the bigger queues (Kaskade) but regularly managed multiple goes on our favourites. We rode the bigger rollercoaster by ourselves right at the end of the day. Plus the younger kids had the swings to themselves for multiple turns at a time. The 'Eretic' is not for the faint-hearted (either to ride or to watch!).

We brought our own lunch with us and found a grassy hill to eat it on. And we bought some ice creams - no queues and not extortionate.

Overall, it was a great day out. We spent 5 and a half hours there and it was brilliant.

Excellent day out!

We visited with three children (9, 12 & 14). Plenty of rides to suit them all. Great value for money. Park was busy but longest we queued was 30 mins for a water ride. Rest of queues were 5-10 mins & later in the day there were no queues at all. There are a few places to eat selling snacks, sandwiches, hot dogs, ice creams etc. Very friendly staff working on the rides. Well worth a visit. Managed to go on favourite rides multiple times.

Great Fun

We have 2 small kids aged 6 and 4 and this park was right up their street!! They had great fun.
The park is fairly old school in terms of rides and amusements but it is well kept and clean.
We were there on Tuesday 30th and nearly had the park to ourselves!!

Let downs are price and food available! It’s a bit expensive at nearly €80 for a family of 4.

Food available only seemed to be fast food hot dogs.

Overall an enjoyable experience and the kids were thrilled

We had great fun on a variety of rides. We took our own picnic so can’t say if the food was good. Recommended

Fun!

Decided to try out Festyland as we had enjoyed other similar French theme parks. It’s not very big but good enough to entertain us for the day. In fact we stayed there for 6 hours and probably only stopped for half an hour for our picnic at lunchtime. The kids loved it and ran from one ride to the next, with minimal queues it meant that they got to go on the rides quite a few times. There are rides to cater for all ages and adults can ride with little ones. As we visited in April it wasn’t too busy. The entrance price is 21 Euros per adult and 18 Euros per child. There isn’t a family ticket but as before if you save your receipt or tickets from Zoo Champrepus you can get a 2 Euro discount per person. The park is well equipped in terms of toilets and seemed accessible for both wheelchairs and pushchairs. However there is quite a steep path from the car park to the entrance. That said, I noticed there is disabled parking right next the entrance so no need to attempt that path if you have a disabled badge.
There were kiosks selling the normal hotdog, chips and ice cream type of snacks. The staff were really friendly and helpful all over the park. We had a good day and would recommend a visit if you have children.

Family fun at Festyland
Aug 2018 • Family
We hadn’t read any of the reviews before we went to Festyland as a family of 3, and we arrived just as the park opened on a quiet Monday at the end of August. What a great day. The longest queue we had was 10 minutes and everyone young and old enjoyed all the variety of rides. Our 5 year old at 120cm was tall enough to go on pretty much everything and he did just that, again and again, and again. The park is quiet small so because of the lack of queues we had pretty much done everything within 1.5 hours from arrival so something to think about when considering the entrance price. What was nice though was that there was no sales pitches for ride photos etc. It was just a very relaxed fun day

Fun for all
Aug 2018 • Family
This was a return visit to Festyland on our annual trip to northern France.

It’s a good value day out with rides to amuse our adventurous 5&6 year olds as well as the grown-ups.

It’s a relatively compact theme park but with plenty to occupy four or five hours. The queues for all bar two rides were almost non-existent so we didn’t feel we wanted our time in lines.
