What a lovely find this was, a well kept park, extremely clean with friendly staff, who speak better English than I do French. Plenty of free parking. Great for our 3 year old with some rides also good for our 12 year old, kept us busy for around 5 hours, very little queueing for a theme park, reasonably proced food offerings and an extensive gift shop. Good value for money and enjoyed by all of us.

We went with our 4 and 6 year old and it was a great day out. No long queues and as others have said, really reasonably priced. 1.20m could go on most things solo and under had to be accompanied by an adult. Great fun family day.

Amazing day out with 5 and 3 year old. No queues, got on rides straight away and got to repeat our favourites. Only a handful children were too small for. Lots of rides and spent a full day here as a family. Loved it!

We went in August 2014 with an 8 and 10 year old on a cloudy / light rainy day in August. We paid about £50 for a family of 4 for entrance to the park. The previous review "surprisingly good" is probably accurate. After a few small children's rides the park opens out into a nice range of rides for all ages. Small but really fun and reasonable.
There are probably only 5/6 really big rides that will satisfy a hardy teenager. A couple of really big things that would match things at Alton Towers, and another few decent fun rides from pirate ships to a couple of ok roller-coasters. But the queues were small, it was not busy even on the last Saturday in August, and overall it was really good fun.
One last thing. Take your own food. The food on site is truly shocking and massively overpriced. Maybe thats why the rest of it is so cheap.

This doesn't look very inviting as you get there, having to walk through a metal tunnel.......however, don't be misled. The first few rides are for very small children, but then you quickly reach the more exciting rides, including one that spins you upside down! We took a 16 yr old and 13 yr old, and both enjoyed the rides. The queues weren't too bad and moved quite quickly. The drinks and snacks were relatively expensive, but no more so than in other theme parks. The 3D cinema was particularly good and did not have any speaking parts, so it was easy to follow without fear of not speaking French.
It was definitely not as good as Alton Towers - more like a Gulliver's World/Camelot sort.
We didn't need a whole day there, but it is open until 7pm in the summer so it meant we could take a picnic and arrive just after lunch.
My handy hint would be to wear flat sensible shoes, as the rope bridge was very difficult to cross in ballet pumps!

We spent the day here as part of our holiday in Normandy and really enjoyed it. The park offers something for everyone and all family members were satisfied. There were a few fast rides but the majority were more middle of the road. Our favourites were the flume ride, the Dhakkar Express and the ram roller coaster. The park is small so we felt safe letting the children go off for short periods of time. The queues were all reasonable and often non existent-not bad for the middle of July! We managed a reasonable lunch at one of the fast food outlets. Affordably priced too. Definitely worth a visit.

We were in France for UK half term week. Made the mistake of coming to Festyland on the Tuesday to the same fate as befell some other reviewers - it was SHUT! Much child disappointment and grown up arguing about who should have checked etc etc. However, in order to alleviate disappointed we promised to return the next day, having checked they would be open of course.
Glad we did as the weather turned out better and it was a really lovely little theme park. Not huge but a good size and lots of rides for our somewhat nervous 8 year old daughter. Quite a few bigger rides too if you have slightly older or more daring children. The best thing was how quiet it was. Apart from a French school group there was just a handful of other English families and we never had to queue once and often our daughter was the only one on the rides. Absolutely heaven after the torture of LEGOLAND in school holidays!!
Nice picnic areas, coffee expensive in the café but pleasant café set beside a childrens "self operated boat ride" so you can watch them from the comfort of the café.
Overall very impressed.

Visited on Wednesday, day before a French bank holiday. The park opened at 11am and when we got there there was only us and another english family in the car park. There were more staff than customers all day.No ques at all - some lovely smaller rides for our 4 year old and some thrill rides for our 12 year old so everyone happy.Spent 5 hours there in total and took our own lunch andvdrinks so can't comment on food or drink. A nice change as we had been looking at all the D day beaches and sights.Rides are limited for older children -but younger children and wimpy parents will have fun !!! BEWARE- we found it difficult to find ,the road system a bit confusing !

not very exciting theme park, with a lot of cheap amusement available... not at all to be compared with any other well known theme park.
This one was at some points even dangerous because of the lack of maintenance (nails where you or your kids could be hurt)...
Was rather expensive if only for the fairground carousels.
The one and only show to be seen is the medieval times knights battle, but as far as I remember, it's not every day !

This is not Disney Land, but it is still good fun and excellent value. For a family day with young or teenage children this is a good spot.

Is there parking for a 8m motorhome?
Wanderlust

Hi there I would think so as it’s just a big car park and I didn’t see anything to limit your ability to get into the car park. There isn’t an archway or anything.
You park in the car park and then walk through a tunnel under the road to get into the park itself.
Hope that helps!

Merci
