Amazing tours around Tryavna, professional guides, very interesting explanations. Often there were some extras, loca refreshment, demonstration of wood carving. Highly recommended. You can get maximum from your visit of the region in a short time for a reasonable price.

Organizing team building activities for a group of 27 people in a wide age range and with different fitness level is a hard task but Travel plus did an amazing job! We had one and a half unforgettable days in Tryavna and the surrounding area. It was a great fun for all of us to face all those physical, intelectual and logical challenges - carefully planned, briliantly executed! I can only imagine the extraordinary efforts the team put into the perfect organization that we enjoyed so much! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Travel Plus!!

I have done quite a few different activities with Travel Plus and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anybody who enjoys outdoor activities. The events are very well organised and the guides are extremely responsible (safety) and knowledgable about the area making the activities both great fun and very interesting. I've made some great new friends during these events and looking forward to participating in more this year. Thank you Travel Plus, keep up the great work!

It has been a real pleasure to have you with us on those active tours around Tryavna and Bozhentsi! We hope you can make it on some of our other trips as well - cultural and/or culinary, as well as the ones visiting the Buzludzha and Shipka peaks on the crest of the Balkan mountain or the monasteries.

My sister and I did a custom tour with Lucho including hiking up
hidden paths and very light off-road biking (first time for me) which made a perfect day in the picturesque region.
We started with a hike up to the Sokolovski monastery where Lucho pointed out the key spots and gave us some time to explore with our own pace. We picked some mountain herbs which smelled amazing and will turn into a cozy cup of tea with memories in the winter.
When it was time for the bikes, Lucho gave us great tips how to feel safe and comfortable on the more rocky parts of the path. I enjoyed trying something new and learning on the go.
The day was extra fun because Lucho had little surprises every now and then - local delicacies kept coming out of his backpack to treat us during the small breaks.
Finally, Lucho's personality made us relax and enjoy the day thoroughly. We had just the right time to explore, chill, chat and exercise. He shared local stories, taught us about trees and plants and overall tuned into our needs very well.

We just spent a week hiking through the Central Balkan National Park and Nature Park "Bulgarka". We hiked with Travel Plus and Lutcho for the last 3 days of our trip. Lutcho was an excellent guide! He met us at the Mazalat chalet and hiked with us through Uzana, Shipka pass and all the way to Sokolski Monastery. He organized our stays and transportation from the moment we met until the end of our trip.
In addition, he was an engaging companion willing to not only answer all our questions, but also provoke deeper understanding and love of nature. He has shown deep knowledge of the local mountains, plants, and animals. We also benefited from this extra piece of authenticity and insight that only a person local to the area can bring. We learned about Gabrovo, The Central Balkan, the local traditions, cultural and sporting events, etc.
Another notable feature of our experience with Travel Plus was how diverse our trip was. We hiked through amazingly beautiful mountains, enjoyed the sunset over the hills, rode bicycles in picturesque villages and searched for the river spring in the middle of a forest. Lutcho fed our love for nature with well-organized and executed activities.
I can recommend Travel Plus to anyone wanting to get closer to nature, the Balkan and Bulgaria and experience its beauty firsthand.

We had a wonderful experience with Travel Plus team this July when we went on a hike to Bozhentsi.
The adventure was well planned and the guides knew the area and history very well. We were met in the center of Tryavna and after a short bus ride, we went on a walking tour for 15 km. It took almost the entire day, we went to Bozhentsi for lunch and then continued on to a walk to Tryavna. Our guide Lucho and Sergey were amazing - knew so much about the herbs in the fields that we even picked some to make tea later.
The lunch that was included in the price of a tour was really delicious with traditional Bulgarian dishes, and the restaurant with outside seating was in a great location and picturesque view of the village. Wehad some free time to buy souvenirs and take pictures.
Overall - a very memorable experience, highly recommend for anyone to go on a tour with Travel Plus! They spoke excellent English, which was a big relief for me as I don't know Bulgarian.

It is amazing how interesting spendig your time in central Bulgaria can be with these guys. They do hiking, mountain bycicle riding, orienteerring, train ride, herbs, tea and fruits from Central Balkan. You can trust them with the equipments, leaders and the perfect organization for your trip in the area. They know the mountain so well and can show you great places even in one day time. Highly recommended and use them agaoin by my next trip to gabrovo or Tryavna.

It was my fist time in another country, I was visiting friends and they wanted me to have all kinds of experiences here in Bulgaria..... well I had the best time. We went on a mountain tour and had a great tour guide. Lucho was so informative and very fun he made sure that we were not too tired and that we went at a slow pace on the bike ride we took. We hiked in the Balkan mountain and we did 8 miles something I've never done before. Gabrovo was so fun and very beautiful place: the people, the culture, the trees and flowers, I loved it I will never forget this experience and I will hold the memories dear to my heart. Our guide was the best and when I come back to Bulgaria I will definitely be doing this tour again.

As part of a group trip, we went on a half-day mountain bike tour around Gabrovo with the Travel Plus team. After an excellent safety introduction, we went on new bikes including helmets through the villages, peppered with stops accompanied by surprises. Thank you for the lovely trip
