Excellent week spent at Villa Marina. Did all the local trips - Skytrain, snorkelling on the coral reef, Australian Tank Museum, wonderful local nature reserve & Bird Sanctuary & butterfly sanctuary were amazing.

I like to come to Yorkeys Knob to relax and just watch the kite surfers. Its just so relaxing. The water is not so nice for swimming for that I prefer Kewarra or Trinity.

A pleasant little stop on the way to Cairns with fantastic views overlooking the Knob. It is a perfect place for young families to holiday with a patrolled beach and a great shaded park with toilet amenities near by.
