The town is worth coming off the motorway to see. The main square, church and narrow streets in that vicinity are pleasant enough. Warning: The locals like to stare at visitors.

This lovely walled town has a centuries-old cathedral that is still in use and serves as a nice example of a medieval, walled city. On a summer afternoon, we were very comfortable and spent an enjoyable afternoon wandering up and down the narrow streets. Visited as an optional extra on our tour of Catalonia. This is a lovely old town . We just wandered around looking at the buildings. We finished in the main square having a beer. All the locals were smiling and saying Hello......we felt really welcome.
