Must visit place for art and history lovers. You will learn a great deal about Jainism through various miniature models. It's quite interesting and more engaging than reading.

On the way from Gaya to Rajgir, at the foothlill of Vaibhavgiri Hills, lies this beautiful museum. Located at a vase area of alsmost 50 acres offer very serene environment and decently maintained. It was found to be very peaceful clean place throwing light on Jain philosophy. A very informative visit indeed.

Here you can see an art gallery. It is fascinating to see mundane everyday material such as drying plants, rocks, and natural gum interwoven with fabric, broken jewelry and discarded pottery to create delicate miniatures that look perfectly machine-made.

Art at here reflects history, religion, and culture. The many panels depict the lives of Tirthankaras and enlightened souls while beautifully conveying their teachings in a simple and attractive manner.

If you are a fan of art and history, this is thw best place for you. Veerayatan is an aashram with peaceful environment just beside a mountain. It has got a temple, hospitals, and a museum.
The museum is an work of art and a must see place. The whole life of Lord Mahavira is depicted through miniatures and it is simply awesome. I personally enjoyed this place alot and was awestruck by the time and dedication that was put in adding details to all the miniatures.
