My wife and I did 6 dives each with six passengers when we visited Rangiroa in July. From our very first communication with them over email, they were prompt, friendly and professional. The dives were booked smoothly and medical forms were all filled out before we even reached rangiroa. We stayed at the Kia Ora Hotel which is just a 5 minute drive away and the dive shop offered free pick up and drop off service. At the shop they made us feel at home and fitted us with the suitable equipment. The dives themselves were fantastic. The dive instructors are friendly and helpful. We dived with Jimmy, Kristel, Benoit and Oiio and they were all excellent! The dive briefing was crisp and precise and operations efficiently run. They mostly dive in and around the Tiputa pass and reef. Usually, the location of the dive is determined by the current. All our 6 dives were on the Tiputa reef because during an outgoing current it's not safe to dive in the pass. Even though we were diving around the same location everyday, we saw different marine life in every dive. We dived with Dolphins, Reef sharks, Turtles, Eagle rays, Barracudas and a whole bunch of other marine life. The dolphins swam very close around our group, one of them wanting to be petted, which I obviously obliged :) Overall, some of the best and most memorable dives we’ve had and my wife and I have dived around the world. Overall we are glad we chose six passengers. They are efficient, professional and will make sure you get that desired vitamin 'sea' every dive!…

Super staff, organized but busy dive operation. Enjoyed playing with the Dolphins! Sometime 2 would swim by, other times 6-8 would join in. Fantastic to watch them spin. They really seemed to enjoy the experience as much as the divers do. Also saw Eagle Rays close up. We stayed at Kia Ora which has a resident associated dive shop called Blue Velvet but it is the same operation, it just costs more at the resort so I would recommend booking directly. They will pick you up and it is a short 4 minute drive to their boats. Thanks Chris! You delivered on our wish.…

Our experience with Six Passengers was 5 star! Jean-Louis, Celine and all the staff provided outstanding scuba diving service and instruction. They are very knowledgeable of the reef and all of its sea life. This was our first visit to Rangiroa and we had life changing experiences on our dives with Six Passengers. Good for English speaking divers. Lastly, have lunch at the cafe! You will also not be disappointed ❤️ if we could give a 10 star rating we would. Merci Beaucoup!!!…

Just did 7 dives with The Six over 4 days. We had some amaaaaazing experiences, you can only dive inside the pass on the incoming current which was 2pm for us so we only did 2 inside the pass, but the ones on the reef just outside the pass were actually the most memorable. We saw dolphins every dive but they didn’t always come to play, our second “sunset” dive they certainly did without 4 or 5 coming from every direction demanding pats and belly rubs, in another 2 dives we had mum and Bub showing off directly in front of us.. the stuff I’ve only ever dreamed of, our second last dive also incredible, the current was honking and it felt a lot like skydiving! Hung on in a cave and watched the grey sharks below us. The Tiputa Reef is mind blowing and I understand why it’s rated in the top 5 dives of the world, turtles, rays, fish, fish, fish! My partner is super experienced by I am definitely not, but they looked after me exceptionally well. Equipment good, wonderful dive masters, safety is obviously paramount. From the first emails booking there is nothing to fault. I recommend booking early to make sure you get the times and days you want, highly recommend diving with these guys for an experience you will never forget!…

I injured my ankle a day before arriving in Rangiroa and had to walk with crutches. 6 Passengers saved my dive trip! They helped me in and out of the boat and I was able enjoy incredible diving. They have a restaurant on site where I enjoyed one of the best meals I’ve had in French Polynesia. They have a beautiful facility. I appreciated their kindness and expertise to get me safely into the water. I will be going back!…
