Outstanding company and guides!

I have been on 2 ten day trips guided by Annabelle with BORK. The first was a hiking trip on the Portugal coastal path. This 2nd one was a hiking and kayaking trip in the Duoro Valley. I went on the second trip just to have Annabelle again as a guide.
Annabelle is, hands-down, one of the very best guides I have ever had on trips. She is kind, smart, funny, well prepared, safety first, and super knowledgeable and informative about Portugal, hiking and kayaking. Annabelle adapted the trips as we went along to the participants’ requests, needs and to changing weather conditions. The BORK kayaking equipment was in excellent condition. Her employees, the assistant guides, are also outstanding. I would go on any trip offered by her and her company.

Kayaking on the Tagus:)

We had super fun with Rachel, our guide on the Tagus. We had some clear instructions on what to expect, then headed out of the harbour to explore the river. It was great fun and Rachel was very informative and great company. If you are staying anywhere in the Lisbon area just go and enjoy this superb way to experience the Lisbon Coast. BORK have experiences for all age groups and abilities. Loved the action photos and videos Rachel took of our trip. Thanks again:)))

A new way to discover Portugal

My friend and I booked Sesimbra Discovery by Kayak through Viator. Annabelle from Bork You was our instructor and she was great. She contacted me to explain the pick up details and from pick up to drop off it was an amazing experience. You can really tell how much she loves kayaking and enjoys sharing this passion with others. Having no previous kayaking experience, she explained the motions and techniques and paired me with a more experienced kayaker which I appreciated. We explored the coast line of Sesimbra and kayaked through caves and coves and even took some time to stop by Praia da Ribeira Do Cavalo, one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. I would recommend this for kayakers of all experiences. You may be tired and a little sore, but it is absolutely worth it, and the views you get of Portugal are amazing.

Kayaking
Booked for the morning, got an email that morning telling us to meet at 1pm. We'd pre-booked for 10am. We couldn't go as we had another tour pm. I've always used Trip adviser but very disappointed as my sons were really looking forward to this. I request a refund.

fantastic surfski trainers
I booked 5 surfski training sessions. I was short in time so they let me do two in a day (if you’re not fit, this might be a bit too much). Great boats, really great instructors and an absolutely incredible location. I’ll come back to them again!

Had a great trip with Bork! Beautiful location and a great time out on the water. We also had some transport issues that Anabelle was really helpful in sorting out, as well as arranging a lunch for us! She went above and beyond to keep the day on track after some problems that were no fault of her own. We're really grateful for that. Great people involved in Bork, really helpful and friendly. I'd fully recommend them!

Kayak hire was excellent

We hired 2 kayaks for a self-guided tour around the coast. We had a great time and it all worked smoothly. The only downside was that four of our party decided they didn’t want to come after we had paid, as it was very foggy. Many thanks to Raquel for arranging a refund for the 2 kayaks we didn’t use!

Highly recommend if you are experienced kayakers - much cheaper than the guided tours.

SUP with Raquel - fantastic

I booked the SUP class for myself and my boyfriend. Havent done it before on a lake little I thought the sea SUP would be the same, how little did I know! Thanks to Raquel we managed to learn a few tricks and we even ventured out into the sea (well it is still Tagus river in Oeiras, which we found out from Raquel). She is a very passionate about what she does and makes the experience very comforting and secure. We had a good laugh falling off our boards a few times, but with Raquels's support we really had a good time. 5* to Raquel, she is truly passionate about what she does.

Wonderful kayak trip!

We had a lovely time, and the pace was perfect. Annabelle was a very informative and pleasant guide, and even allowed us to use single kayaks instead of doubles. Highly recommended!
