Huge fort

Its a huge fort at the center of the town. Large parking space, the fort talks history of the place. The stone sculptures are too good and plenty.

Vellore fort is a very good place for the people who love historical places. Fort was build by vijayanagara samrajyam kings on 1560 century. Inside the fort there was a temple calledJaladesswara temple. It was one of the old temple in tamilnadu. No words will enough to to explain the Architecture of temple.

Very good place Jalakantheshwara temple lot of stone art work very nice place. but very very badly maintained by Archeological department. They don't have any control. When I visited the place people's are cleaning utensils, cutting vegetables and also food is served in the temple. lot of encroachment inside the temple premises. No guide to provide any information.
