Food at restaurant relatively acceptable..Then, they urge you to go inside the 'so called' village to shop..SIMPLY AND ABUNDANTLY DO NOT DO IT!!! A labyrinth of filthy alleyways, foul smell overwhelming, rotten fish everywhere..Got really sick in there, one of worst experiences of my life (btw, have travelled all over the world). Do not really know how Thai tourism authorities promote this despicable, disgusting and repetitive place!!!

We sleep on the island instead of doing the day trip. An island really close to that of James Bond, sparsely inhabited where it has a few markets and a few restaurants that close very early. Many small shops selling characteristic products for tourists who come to see it for the day. The night is very quiet apart from the boats that pass by in the dark every now and then. There is only one hotel where we stayed and the restaurants you find open close very early. The whole island is Muslim so they don't drink alcohol. Very special but only for one night

The island is fine to go to as part of a tour of Phang Nga Bay but otherwise not worth a special trip.

We went there as part of a tour and spent just over an hour there. 20 minutes too long.

Nice to see but also just a tourist trap with countless stalls selling similar things.

Fab experience of this little town. Call for prayer from the mosque and wondering the maze of shops just fabulous. Always haggle on price! Dinner was fab but not much choice for fussy kids.

Always wanted to visit this island after hearing about the floating football pitch and also with the village being on stilts.
Although the old pitch has gone and has been replaced with an up to date one, it’s still worth a visit just to experience it. The village itself is a maze and can be easy to get lost in so we stuck with the guide who showed us round after lunch there. Worth a trip to experience it especially if your on route to James Bond Island.

We had a quick lunch stop here when visiting the Islands. Really well looked after, a chance to walk around and explore.

The small piece of land is islamic tombs. All houses are constructed in the sea. There is a football field in the sea. It is the landmark.

We stopped over here for lunch as part of the James Bond excursion. I was unsure as to what to expect as I am coeliac and though they were advised, you can never be too careful. They catered for me, basic but certainly adequate. The rest of the group's food was plentiful and looked very appetising. You obviously don't see behind the restaurants, where everybody lives, but there is a beautiful mosque that can be seen and to be honest it is fine seeing only a little bit it gives you an idea of the village

We went on a daytrip by boat and stopped for lunch here. Thank god we had lunch before going for a stroll. It was really dirty, stinking from fish and dead something. BUT it was a really cool place, and I recommend you to go there!

We visited the island with a tour group in combination with 7 other spots. This is where we stopped for lunch. Despite being Vegetarian, we got delicious food with no problem we just had to previously inform our tour operator. There was also a souvenir shop at the place and we even saw the floating football field. Be sure to read up on the football history of the place and it will be a very interesting visit!
