Phang Nga Bay is worth a day trip, but beware it will cost you. First of all on our way to the main area for catching a boat we saw a Very large road side sign saying James Bond Island, so we took the turning and drove down the side road and came to an area with boats from which... More

We did this trip through our travel Agent, we loved doing Phi Phi island more, but the best part about this trip was the Canoes bit and going into the caves while on the canoe, the scenery was amazing and the water was so mesmerizing we were so close to jump in. And then the floating village is full of... More

We decided to do the tour ourselves rather than through our hotel. The hotel charged 3,000 baht per person for 4 hours and as there were 3 of us surely we could do his cheaper! We hired a taxi for 2,400 baht return. We got to Phang Nga at 9.45am which is a great time to go as the crowds... More

You can have a boat trip to the Phang Nga Bay to admire the perfect view on the islands rising up high from the water. Then go under the islands though the bat caves on a canoe and discover secret lagoons hidden inside the islands!

This was a very beautiful spot. It was extremely crowed with tourists, as you'd expect. The photos were cool, but filled with a lot of people you'll never see again. Lol. The canoe rental was 800baht with a personal guide who paddled for us(we would've rather done it ourselves at our own pace). You feel almost like herded cattle. It's... More

There are different ways of visiting Ao Phang Nga National Park - with mass tourist boats, or with locals (either little family-run companies or private individuals). We have chosen a small family-run travel office - Sayan Tour located near the bus station in Phang Nga village. Big boats have some advantages - you can get to the national park directly... More

We booked this tour through our hotel and it was a great experience. A shuttle picked us (my family of five) up promptly at 0830 and brought us to the pier where we took a short walk to the boat. Our guide (Alex!!!!!) introduced himself and the other staff manning the boat and helped us all on. The boat had... More
