Phang Nga is famous for spectacular scenery with limestone cliffs rising out of green water. There are caves, lagoons and tiny secluded beaches awaiting discovery.

We went on an organised tour to James Bond island (well recommended) and included was a canoe boat tour of the bay. Be warned if the weather turns you will get wet - but that's part of the fun!

We cruised through the islands, and around the spot where two of the 'James Bond' films were shot, really out of this world. We also stopped for a short rest on another island close to main shore which had restaurants, shops and a small mosque.

The cruise through these islands is an interesting and beautiful activity. Canooing through the natural caves and small islands was especially nice. It is a massive tourism area, so expect to find crowded places and lots of inconvenient tourist from the area.
