Nice waterfalls in usambara mountains located at soni village, you can make a short walk before catch the the transport to sonifalls and after that visit the local market with it colourful view if different usambara vegetable, nice trip.

The falls are really superb BUT the environment need to be cleaned: plastic bottles, trash everywhere ... such a pity !

Soni Falls. Its was a rainy season. It was fun to walk up-to the falls. We wanted to bath in it but toooooooooooo cold

The waterfall is quite impressive, but I enjoyed the view around it even more. Definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful waterfalls worth a visit! The drive up the Usambara mountains to Soni and Lushoto is absolutely breathtaking!

bit hiking but everyone can do...cold water not suggest for swimmers !astonish view of the valley with most genuine German colony houses...but a visit must be paid to Lushoto too where the cliff end and the view of African savanna never end ...

What a beautiful view and good weather.. But its very cold this time of the year.I enjoyed my visit. And the usambara people are so friendly who likes to mingle with visitors.and liked the fruits and veggies

You don’t need a guide — it’s a paved path down to the falls that takes about 10 minutes to walk. When you pay your entrance fee, a guide (local student) will walk you down to the falls. Anyone in town can direct you to the... More
