We stopped here after visiting the Sunday Animal Market but could only allow 30 minutes as we had to catch our plane. Not enough time! In addition to the tomb be sure to visit the gardens (bathrooms located there as well). They are nice and...More

Come on! You didn't come all this way far far away and pay ¥30 to see the surface!!! PAY KEEN ATTENTION to the details. On the wooden pillars of the mosque, you will find all sorts of painted patterns in different colors. Below the roof,...More

A nice cosy quiet place with a lot of history to be explored. The surrounding is under renovation when we went. But the tomb is is in great condition. The ticket is 35 Yuan for adults and 10 Yuan for children. Unfortunately it was too...More

If you are going to Kashgar make sure you stop by the central travel office just to the left of id kah mosque. Iskander and the staff there are very helpful and will book whatever you need like the highway trip or shiptons arch which...More

There is a rose garden in front of the tomb. The building itself is quite pretty, colourful, green in major. But I only spent like 10 minutes already want to leave. Not a must to come, only when you have extra time to spend.

Your travel guide will tell you all about the place. Suffice it to say, the grounds and buildings are splendid and impressive. Unmentioned is the rose garden immediately in front of the main entrance, in bloom (at least) in late May and early June. Further...More

This is a beautiful tomb on the outskirts of Kashgar, with colorful ceramics of different patterns. It looks like it could be in Persia. A legend is told of a fragrant concubine of one of the emperors who is supposedly buried here.

The story around this place is pretty good, but the mausoleum is pretty ordinary. This is really not a must see.

This is a relatively small site, not far from the town centre. Nip out in a taxi. The mausoleum lost its dome in an earthquake so that has been rebuilt, but the interior is cool and the tiles are mostly original, with various patterns. There's...More
