Strenuous but beautiful hike

Nicely developed, but not busy do to being a bit far from big cities. Very steep,but with a strong railing the whole way. Beautiful view

Basically, there are 2 approaches to this attraction. The most common one, it appears, among locals is to find a vantage point from the ground and photograph the distinct profile of the mountain. The other is to take a car up to the visitor centre and buy a ticket to hike in the trails and stairs. Both are fine. This... More

Wow! what a wonderful experience. Our first attempt at climbing the mountain was postponed due to high winds. The next day we ascended to the top, climbing thousands of stairs in the process, with a VERY sturdy hand rail for protection and safety. I was a bit cautious because of the height, but I never felt insecure at any stage.... More

Jianglang Mountain is a mind blowing sight (especially the staircase between two peaks). It makes for a great walk up and down (different ways). After climbing at the top of one of the three peaks, the view at the top is wonderful and the surrounding areas are some of the most beautiful Chinese countryside I have seen. I went at... More
