宝华山，因盛夏季节黄花满山而得名，其周围36座山峰，恰似36片莲花瓣，而隆昌寺就如一个巨大的莲花一般，端坐其中。隆昌寺是佛教律宗祖庭，有“律宗第一名山”之称。隆昌寺隐藏在宝华山国家森林公园的深处，门票50元。在我们住宿的费用中，已经包含了门票在内，直接进~自驾车辆不让进山，要停在4公里外山脚下的古村。然后换乘景区提供的交通车辆抵达山间的隆昌寺。喜欢徒步越野的游客，也可以步行上山，边走边看风景。

距南京、镇江、句容各30公里。门票五十元一人，为四景点套票。隆昌寺在华东名气颇大，为律宗第一寺。正前方的沙丁地遗址（距今7000多年）已经被改成主题公园。北大门处新建老街，可惜人气不足，沿路登顶，有四面佛阁。

宝华山上的隆昌寺在华东地区还是很有名的，据说全国70%僧尼到此受戒，是律宗第一名山，里面建筑也很宏伟，人不多，适合慢慢游览，不过我去的两次都在修缮，一次是北门修建旅游一条街，一次是路面维护，希望不要变得太有商业气息吧，其实宝华山的风景更好，沿盘山路上来一路景色非常漂亮，路边岩石上还有各种石刻。离南京很近，就在312国道边上，交通倒是很便利，不过周边吃饭的地方不多，要去附近的宝华镇。

据说是某位皇帝出家在此，后来在国内佛教界地位挺高。每年腊八节的时候最热闹，寺里会散粥，大量信徒会来领取。
寺里的和尚们好像收入不低，手里拿的都是三星或者苹果的手机。

宝华山位于镇江和南京交界处，交通十分方便，景色也十分优美。山不在高，有仙则名。乾隆六下江南，六上宝华山，足以见宝华山的魅力。

我从南大骑了一个半小时到了该死的宝华山……然后居然告诉我还要走一个半小时的山路……实在是太无语的说……宝华山风景区的门票山写了很多景点，但是能看的几乎是没有，就只有隆昌寺，哎~~~无语的……荒山野岭的……手机信号都几乎没有……
