Walk into the old rebuilt village of Lagrasse : 300 m² of audio-guided visit, where the family collections of ancient objects lives (vineyard tools, antique crafts, dolls, jewellery, accessories …) Continue with a sound and light show : Surround yourself in 1900’s Corbieres during the four seasons, and learn about the everyday – life and the vineyard work. Finally, get on the old tramway of Aude, linking Lezignan-Corbieres to Saint-Pierre-des-Champs, through our new 4D show. It will take you to the life in the 1900’s in our beautiful region, with its surprising sensory effects (vibrating seats, rain, wind ...) A big and unique show in Languedoc Roussillon ! This adventure ends with a taste journey. Cyril, the owner, will share his passion with you : he is wine and vinegar maker. Around 60 traditional products (vinegars, wines, olive oils, and aperitifs) will lead you to unexpected tasting, such as a candied fig balsamic vinegar, or a Fruite Noir olive oil, very little produced in France. A treat from your eyes to your mouth, for the whole family !

I loved this tiny museum. History of the area, demonstration of the train journey around the area, and the opportunity for degustation of local products. For doll collectors, this is a must see; the owners collection is extremely good.

Le 1900 is a quirky little museum, worth a visit if you are in the area. The 'ride' on the old Aude tramway may seem a bit hokey, but the fabulously detailed models of rural France of the period are not to be missed.More
