This was a lovely place to visit for a quiet place of contemplation. It was also lovely to sit under the tree that was placed by Roald Dahl’s family and watch the local animals scurry around. Finding the BFG footprints also made it exciting.

This is a beautiful Church. Last weekend we attended the Christmas Tree Festival. Many different groups/ clubs from within the community had decorated a tree each displayed them in the Church. This annual event had a lovely atmosphere.

Old Churches don't really float my boat but it seemed in a good, clean, condition, and not too cold.

Beautiful church. Cream teas served on Sundays from May to October. Ronald Dahl is buried here. Lovely seat to sit on that is made round a tree with a quote out of one of Roald Dahls books.

Visited here for sunday afternoon cream teas with a group. Very good prices. Served in the main church itself. Live music is played most sundays by local groups, pianists, etc. Served from 3 to 5 pm
