I like this trail, from Civitella Alfedena to La camosciara: the trail takes 3,0 hours round trip (200 mt level change). You pass trough beautyful trees, and bush, wit the Mountains scenario. When you arrive you see the wonderful Camosciara Mountains group: uf you are lucky you will see, far away, the wild Camosci (chamoix).

Well marked trekking excursions in a beautiful area of mountains, streams and valleys. The area is so large with plenty to do, that you tend not to meet too many other people. When you do come across fellow excursionsits, they greet you politely, and you can ask how far to the next resting spot, the top of the hill etc.... More
