Never thought one individual could influence a distillery tour. Have been on several tours on the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky. Gavin took the EXPERIENCE to the next level. Our tour was arranged by our tour guide for the day Lord Jamie Semphill. We were extremely pleased with his decision. The information and knowledge was incredible. His personality and whit with... Visited the distillery using gift vouchers for the bonded tour. Gavin the tour guide was excellent, really knowledgable and full of enthusiasm for the brand and a pleasure to meet . The distillery is being renovated at the moment and from the description of things to come will make this tour even better in the future. I would recommend this... More

We didn't want to do any of the big names amongst the whisky distilleries, and stumbled on the Tullibardine distillery by accident but really pleased we did. Our guide, Linzie, was very knowledgeable and it was obvious she adored her job- her enthusiasm and commitment to the distillery and the Blackford area was remarkable. We were given a detailed explanation... More

I was given a voucher for the tour of this distillery and whiskey tasting. When we arrived it was just the two of us on the tour and Gavin the tour guide was brilliant. So knowledgable and seemed to really like his job. It was a brilliant tour and the distillery staff were so patient whilst we were on the... More

Knew little of Tullibardine before this tour. Now, thanks to Jim and the team I know a lot more, and of course tasted a lot more. The Distillery itself is nothing flash, but it more than compensates for this with a gritty whisky passion. Well worth a visit if you're around Stirling or heading up the A9.

We really enjoyed our tour. It was very interesting and informative - and our tour guide was super nice and friendly. We decided to do the Scotch and Chocolate tasting tour which was fun and different. I would recommend for others to visit.

We stopped at Tullibardine after exploring the countryside and were immediately offered a private tour! Gavin took us through the entire process of creating whisky with an emphasis on the elements of the process that are the same for all distillers of gin, beer and whisky but also those that make Tullibardine distinct. We were able to see all aspects... More

Called unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon, didn't have a tour round but did have a good look round the shop and chatted with the very informative Sabine, who gave my friend a nip of one of the many whiskey flavours - which was purchased. It was nowhere near the price of the 1952 vintage that cost £20,000 for a bottle... More

After a lengthy whisky trail along the highlands, this was the last one we visited and probably the best experience we had. The commentary on the tour by Ian from thr visitor centre was very interesting unlike some of the ones we had where people seemed to be reciting from memory. The distillery itself is very rustic and you get... More

We visited this distillery two years ago on recommendation by our hotel ... and loved the informality of the place - it was a smaller outfit then. This year we wanted to introduce our travel companions to the joys of this local distillery. The business has grown as no longer is there a Baxters & outdoor clothing warehouse alongside but...
