Badami Caves are really nice, lot of history to learn & understand. Can be better maintained cleanliness can improve and road leading to caves can be widened and if required local people should be compensated and relocated to place clean and quiet.

Best route would be Hyderabad-Mahabubnagar-Raichur-Lingsugur-Badami (430 kms/8.5 hrs by car)
