Probably not for everyone, but I found their displays quite interesting. I have tracked the development of mankind all the way across the world and this was supposed to have a pretty good museum. Due to the Covid 19, most everything was closed here, although the caretaker was kind enough to allow us into the museum. There are some pretty interesting skulls and displays. I thought it was a good stop.

Worth a stop off if your're driving up from Nairobi to Nakuru. You only need an hour. Fascinating stuff

This is a minor site and distraction for most people. Unless your seriously into Paleolithic human anthropology. But we found it worthwhile to strech legs, get out of car and tour for 45minutes. Short walk with a guide to 2 dig sites, The upper site and the lower site. Finally a small museum. Some stairs and elevation change, maybe difficult if old or infirm.
