It is not a big issue ! All the cottages do have charging Points and they are good enough to charge DSLR battery .Make sure you done run out to 0 before charging ,charge it whenever you get opportunity

@KshipraGokhale, sorry I viewed your query a bit late. Sadakphu-Phalut is a very regular trek. So, no such special equipment or accessory is required. And happy trekking!!
