Really enjoyed our tour and tasting - Odfjell is off the beaten track but very close to Santiago. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide. This organic and biodynamic winery is not on the list of most-frequented, so other tour members are smart wine admirers too. Not to be missed. Next time we want to do the horseback tour on the Norwegian ponies!

Want to see where Chilean Wine is heading into the future? Odfjell is one of the best stops so close to Santiago to taste the new world of Chilean wine...which includes varieties "new" to commercial Chilean wine such as Cab Franc and Carignan...new styles for commercial Chilean wine such as lower alcohol, higher acidity and less oak....new production methods such as concrete spheres. Beyond the wine, the architecture and beauty of the vineyard, winery and its views are remarkable. Good day trip from Santiago or take the old road to Valparaiso from Santiago and stop by Odfjell along the way.

We visited a lot of vineyards in Chile and Argentina.
But this was one where we learned the most. Tomas speaks very well english and speaks also very clear spanish, which is in Chile not so evident.
He takes also the time for his tour, where some tours are limited in time. We did the Aliara tour, I can only recommend it very very much! The best winetour we ever had in all those years.

A friend and I wanted to get an authentic Chilean winery experience and this place delivered. We booked the wine tour and horse back riding where Tomas took us around on beautiful tour through the vineyard. We had never riden before and the horses were really calm and easy to ride. After the amazing tour through the vineyard we went to the winery were he explained the entire process of how they make their biodynamic. The experience was one of the kind. Tomas was very hospitable, let us try all of the wines they had, and even let us stay late to continue our good conversations. His English is very good and so is his Russian. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a real tour and not just a tourist trap. 11 out of 10. Thank you so much.

Chile is an amazing country. For its incredible and astonishing landscapes to its diverse climate.
Chilean wine is well-known and it is recognized as one of the best (at least by me) and for that reason (and obviously recommendations) I decided to visit Odfjell’s vineyard.
Besides its spectacular view, the tour wasn’t what I expected; it definetely exceeded my expectations. As I got there, Tomás (the person in charge) was very wellcoming. He explained the different kinds of wines they have in the vineyard highlighting their special features like the wine being organic. After a lovely tour, we were invited to taste their different wines.
I totally recommend this experience to have a good time and try some good wine. Thanks to Tomás for such a lovely day.

We had a very good visit to Odfjell Vineyards in August 2019. The guide Thomas gave us a very educational and interresting tour of the vineyard and the philosophy behind the wine and the winemaking. The tour ended with a wine tasting were we could taste the differensiert types of wines made by Odfjell. Very good and highly recommend!

Tomas is amazing and helpful and knowledgeable. The food catered in was exquisite. The organic wine was some of the best I’ve had. My favorites have been the petite Syrah, capitulo, and Carignan. I bought 7 bottles! I highly recommend making reservations for the full treatment. We had 18 people.
