I learned A LOT!
3 different cakes in 3 hours with Nicolas Bernardet.
The recipes are very précise and well explained.
N.Bernardet provided us with very useful tricks.
And the cakes are outstanding!
Cooking class is given in French.

I spent a wonderfull afternoon taking a cooking lesson, and I had a great cake to take back home ! Nicolas Berrnabe is a not only a great cook , he is also a very good teacher. Tha lesson takes place in the place he usually work and we had the pleasure to meet his team.
He has been answering very kindly all our questions and gives a lot of explanations around the reciepe.
I cannot wait to go back !
