Nice place to visit the Pyramids and the Restaurants are good especially SUSA, however the private Landlords are using Booking.com and then offering a lesser quality of accommodation for a higher price.i would steer away from Booking.com as there has been numerous complaints but they don't seem to care. We had to move 3 times until we found the right place if you don't speak the native language then they will take advantage or try to.

The Ravne tunnels remain somewhat disputed in terms of what they really are, who created them and when. However, whatever the story, they visit is very worthwhile. The staff is really friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. All tourists on our tour were required to wear hard hats and the tour was extremely safety-conscious. Only the very beginning, perhaps the first 10 meters or so, has low clearance. For the rest of the tour, the clearance was more than enough to be comfortable.
The air in the tunnels was nice and fresh and with a stable temperature, it will be a comfortable place to visit any time of the year. There are plenty of options to purchase souvenirs such as water and stone crystals but we did not. There is one toilet outside which technically costs one mark. Naturally there are no toilets in the tunnels.

Not yet recognized nor confirmed as archeological site about Bosnian Pyramids. My conclusion, I do not know what is it, but this is worth to visit.
Around this Underground Labyrinth has made nice place for walking and spend few hours. Be aware of illegal parking space when approaching site. They will charge you 2 KM. 50m ahead, near entrance there are free parking.
Entrance fee is 6 KM for local citizens, and 20 KM (10 eur) for foreigners. On entrance you will get helmets and tour is approximately 1h

When you see aerial photos of the pyramids, you immediately recognize the shape once you get close, but it's not that easy. Bosnia is dotted with woods and the pyramid of the sun is no different, if you get out of a car scorched by the sun, the coolness that rises from the undergrowth gives a regenerating refreshment, if someone feels the energy, good for them. To access the tunnels you need to pay a ticket which includes the guide and the helmet (in some places the vault is very low and there is a risk of loud bangs). The entrance is quite low, a local told us that as children they crawled to get into the tunnel, but now it is wide and propped up with wooden poles. The galleries wind through blocks of sandstone and sedimentary conglomerates, there are occasionally irregular but smooth blocks, passed off as raw clay artefacts with perimeter inclusions of quartz crystals, which according to the guide acted as an amulet against underground water. The guide had us do the experiment of bringing the palms of our hands a few centimeters close together, even though he hadn't conveyed anything to us, he told us that many people feel tingling, a sensation of coolness or heat (it may be scepticism, but they seem like sensations which I could perceive by doing the same thing in my cellar). There are underground lakes with very clear water (certified drinkable by the Bosnian Ministry of Health) which they say has great energy, so much so that it can be diluted (one bottle cap can transform 1.5 litres). Outside there are junk vendors selling different types of stone, which have nothing to do with the sedimentary rocks in the area. At the top of the pyramid there is the ruin of a castle, but it is unattainable: I hope they can also energize a path to reach it and perhaps renovate it.

The price for the tunnels is for people from Bosnia (6km -3 euros) and for tourists (20km-10euros) this is not right this is discrimination. Besides that prices about everything else are very high. The tunnel tour is also shorter than expected and too much people with the guide.

Wonderful experience. there's nothing better than when it's hot in July outside and you go underground where you can breathe with your lungs full and where you'll cool off pleasantly. Friendly guides who will tell you incredible stories, do an experiment with you and gladly answer all your questions. in the souvenir shop you can buy water from the pyramid, which has a similar pH to our body and which could enrich the water we drink.

At the entrance to the tunnel, a guide awaits us. We take a helmet and the tour begins. The comments are in English which is why it is difficult to get a precise idea of what we are seeing.
For example: when was this dug? By who ?
Many shops are at the exit of the tunnel making the place touristy with the sale in particular of small pyramids. We were even approached to sell us a marble plaque!
And it’s impossible to get rid of it!
Note that the place has been open to visitors for a few years.

The money spend here goes directly into the pockets of Dr. Semir Osmanagic and his wife while they're privatizing Bosnian heriatage.
We wanted to visit the tunnels today but our acces was denied by Mrs. Osmanagic.
We were sitting in front of the tunnels, drinking our juices at the juice bar and feeding our 7 month old baby. In the meantime a group of foreigners arrived and we were asked if we were planning to go inside, we were ofcourse but the baby had to be fed and clothed because it's 12 degrees celsius inside the tunnels. I wasn't able to put on my jacket and Mrs. Osmanagic started to call us out because we weren't hurrying enough. I responded and we got into an argument why she was hurrying us. A silly argument because there is a tour every 15 minutes. When she said this was told to us I asked her multiple times who told me, because no one did. She couldn't win the argument and then she denied us access.
I wanted to fill in a complaint but then someone said that this was the wife of Dr. Osmanagic. And that says it all. It's beyond comprehension that people like her, a nobody, can deny you access to something so important for Bosnian culture and history.
None of the employees dared to say anything to her, even the security guard didn't respond, they just stared at the ground. That showed us how scared they are of her.
Please do not give this people more power. You can visit the pyramids without buying tickets.

It is realy special expirience being in the tunnels of Piramid of the Sun. For me is like the piramide is alive and is comunicatin with every individual that comes into the piramid. Do not forget to thank her for everithing that you received - that way an expirience gets another dimension.

We were there in July 2017, full of informations we already gathered in internet and a good vibes we took from that place. It is fascinating if you let these things you see there fascinate you. There is so much there waiting to be discovered and I hope we will be able to see that in next few years. A whole "new" history is waiting to be revealed.

Which guide can give us a good experience in all Bosnian acient pyramides?
Written August 27, 2018
When you come to Ravne2 there are more guides and everyone is really great. All the guides can give a lot of information about the pyramid and tunnel labyrinth.
