Like a 35 min from Barcelona city you can het her from plaza catslunya in the R1 Rodalies train. Much more quiet and with several nice beach restaurants along the beachside. Can definetely recommend for a day out frim the city.

Perfect for families. Great facilities, plenty of shallow water for the little ones, deeper water on other side of breakers for the big ones. Very good restaurants nearby.
